You have added your non-Steam game to Steam. Customized all the icons, banners, graphics. Everything looks perfect. Almost.
Because whenever you open a game’s details in your library, you are greeted with a basically empty screen. Such wasted space, you could see the latest news for it.
This is where my External Data Sources plugin for Millennium comes in. It allows you to specify an RSS or Atom feed for a non-Steam game in the game’s properties.
The feed will render as a normal game news feed on the game’s details page.
Finally, you can have your Wowhead news straight in your World of Warcraft details page in the Steam client!
